Steven has extensive training in multi-service rolls. Serving for more than a decade in the armed forces, and having held numerous leadership roles, Steven currently provides supervisory training for numerous Foreign and DoD Service Members, among them, the Royal Canadian Regiment in service to H.M. the Queen.
Steven’s background includes specialization in small unit tactics, close quarters battle/combat, advanced weaponry, improvised weaponry, custom fabrication and advanced repair of automotive and watercraft engines. Specialty in turbine and diesel generator electrical troubleshooting and repair, parachutist and free fall, rappel master, lead-line and top-rope climb master, waterborne insertion and extraction and real world training in multi -environment survival. Through his autodidactic learning styles, he continued his education, in ProForma and EBITDA creation in accounting, where he developed numerous RFQ and RFP style project bids to oil conglomerates, The United States and Foreign Governments.
With a passion for operations management, Steven oversees all custom builder accounts, sales and operations at the SurfaceLinx Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
